Hello and welcome to Stephanie and Marcus' Wedding Wedding Glamping page. Wild Havens will be providing Glamping tents at their wedding as additional accommodation.

The prices below are the total, not the nightly rate.
We will set up one of our glamping tents for you, everything you need from your accommodation is included, just bring yourself and your belongings! Our canvas bell tents come fully furnished with beds, linen, duvets, pillows, table and a lamp. Towels are not included.
When you arrive at the venue your tent will be setup and ready to go, all you will need to do is unpack!
Once you've booked please keep an eye out for an email containing information on your stay.

You can cancel at any time up to 1 month prior to the event for a $50 fee.

"Awesome- you’re booking a glamping tent!
The tents are a 2-night minimum booking, so will be available to ‘move in’ on September 1st from around 5pm. Everyone must be packed up and leave the venue by 12pm on September 3rd.
We are having a BBQ on the night of September 1st with the bridal party and some other guests so we can do a quick rehearsal, but as you’re booking a tent, it would mean the world to us if you would join us for this too! For the BBQ, it is BYO beers. Food wise, we will provide a few sharing bits and generic things to chuck on the BBQ, but if there’s anything you want specifically, please bring it with you.
We will also provide some pastries for a basic breakfast with some tea and coffee on the morning of the wedding, and there will be some leftovers from the BBQ and other snacks for lunch if you don’t plan on leaving the venue! Otherwise, the centre of Pemberton is only a 20-minute drive away with some café’s and restaurants.
Please note: if you choose to glamp, you will need to have your own transportation to get to and from. Quiet time at the campsite as per venue rules is 10pm on this evening, so we can get our beauty sleep in, ready for the big day!
